2. The Service
PitchPredict is a subscription-based football data analytics platform.
The Service is accessible via:
A web application
A mobile-access web application added to a device home screen via a browser
PitchPredict does not operate as a bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting intermediary.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
Be 18 years of age or over
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
We may, from time to time, request age verification.
Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned where false declarations are made.
4. Account Registration
One account per user is permitted
Account sharing is prohibited
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Access is provided by paid monthly subscription only
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Payments are billed in advance
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Subscriptions cannot be paused
No refunds are provided, except where required by law
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
Access to the Service will be immediately suspended
Access will be restored only once payment is successfully completed
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access or outputs
Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service
Use automated tools or scripts to access the platform
Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the Service or its components
Use the Service in any unlawful or abusive manner
9. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Technology
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, platform design, branding, content, analytics and model outputs, are owned by or licensed to Pitch Predict AI Limited.
All models, algorithms, analytics systems and outputs used within the Service are developed and owned by Pitch Predict AI Limited, unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Third-Party Technology Relationship
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is provided solely by Pitch Predict Ai Limited. You are a customer of Pitch Predict Ai Limited only, and no third-party technology provider is a party to these Terms or provides the Service directly to you.
10. No Advice
The Service provides analytical and informational data only.
Nothing provided through PitchPredict constitutes:
Betting advice
Financial advice
Recommendations or inducements
You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without notice, where:
These Terms are breached
Misuse or abuse is suspected
False information has been provided
Required for legal or compliance reasons
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
12. Platform Changes & Availability
We may:
Modify, update, or remove features
Adjust, replace, or withdraw models
Perform maintenance or upgrades
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
13. Marketing & Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related communications & marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without cancelling your subscription.
14. Responsible Use
PitchPredict encourages responsible and informed use of data.
If you believe your use of betting-related information may be becoming problematic, we recommend seeking support from recognised organisations such as GambleAware.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, outages, regulatory changes, or third-party service failures.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We exclude all warranties not expressly stated
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Subscription Access
Access to PitchPredict is provided on a paid subscription basis.
Subscription options may include:
Weekly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions
Available plans, pricing, and features are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary over time.
2. Billing & Payment Processing
All payments are:
Charged in advance of the subscription period
Processed securely via a third-party payment provider
PitchPredict does not store or process your full payment card details directly.
By subscribing, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Monthly subscriptions renew every calendar month
Renewal charges will be applied at the then-current subscription rate.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be taken after cancellation.
5. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable
We do not offer refunds for:
Partially used subscription periods
Unused time following cancellation
Lack of usage or perceived performance
